1972 – Help Design, Build and Install Remote Tank Telemetry System for Pearl Harbor Red Hill Fuel Storage Tanks – Considered “8th Wonder in the World” during the 1940’s
1973 – Help Install and Test for Motion Detection System at Nevada Test Site facility used to build “Atomic Bombs” – today this technology is used in many household motion detection devices
1974 – Help Design, Build and Install complex remote video security system using remote microwave passive reflectors erected on mountain tops for Nevada Test Site
1976 – Worked on R&D team for Lockheed to develop Laser Technology that could be installed in airplanes to detect ozone pollutants
1977 – Field Project Manager for Automated Fuel Handling & Pollution Control System installed for Naval Base Jacksonville Fuel Farm
1982 – Field Project Manager for Automated Fuel Handling & Pollution Control System installed for Naval Base Pearl Harbor Fuel Complex
1984 – Field Project Manager for Automated Fuel Handling & Pollution Control System installed for Naval Base Guam Fuel Complex
1989 – Received Meritorious Civilian Award as Fleet & Industrial Supply Facility Manager for ingenuity and leadership in saving FISC Pearl millions of dollars by converting workforce to a FISC in-house Public Works Center
1990 -1995 – Member of Executive Steering Committee at FISC Pearl for 5 years. Leader in FISC Total Quality Management Program – Worked directly with Dr. Deming and a small team of consultants to develop a project that was published in a TQM book.
1999 – Built a Geographical Information System documenting Pearl Fuels Infrastructure and linked vectored data to Asset management database. Maintained Fuel servers to provide access to GIS, Maximo, Security, FISCPH Website and other specialized Fuel applications.
2004 – Developed Enterprise Asset Management System for all Fuel FISC’s using “MAXIMO” Commercial off the shelf software.
2006 – Designed, maintained and managed advanced Real-time Video and Access system delivered through Intranet Browser.
2008 – Developed successful Performance Work Statement for Pearl Fuels A76 study.
